All paperwork must be turned in for your child to participate, per Warwick Public Schools Policies.
Students must attend all tryouts in order to make the soccer team. Dates could change because of the weather. Be sure to check Google Classroom each day for updates.
Registration can be found at Warwick Vets. For login issues or password resets, Cheryl Greco can be contacted in the Athletic office at 401-734-3085
Once registered online, the following forms must be uploaded or turned into the Health Office for the child to be able to participate:
A recent physical using the RI School Physical Form
