Veterans Middle School

The Boys' Basketball team clinched the Division title with a hard fought win over De La Salle Middle School. This is the first Division title that Vets has earned in Boys' Basketball! The 50-44 win on January 27th started slow, but ended with a victory due to outstanding defensive efforts and complete composure down the stretch to seal the game. This win puts the team record at 8-1 and has earned them a home playoff game early Wednesday, February 4th at 5 PM. A feat that has not been accomplished since Vets has become a middle school. Big shout outs to all 8th grade players (Landon Theroux, Jimmy Louth, Danny Holmes, Eddie Shea, Greg Graham, Eli Shields, Brian Contreras, Jayden Morales, Quin Bannon and Max Parent) as the game on the 27th was their 8th grade celebration night. Congrats boys!
