Chromebook Summer Procedures for Students attending Warwick Public Schools:
Current Grade 6-8 Students:
Keep custody of your Chromebook over the summer and return with it charged and in working order in the fall.
Repair services will be available over the summer.**
Chromebook Procedures for Students Transferring out of Warwick Public Schools:
Turn your Chromebook and charger into the Technology Integration Specialist at your school by Thursday, June 24th.
It is the student’s responsibility to make sure the Chromebook is repaired if necessary, charged, and ready to use on the first day of school!
** Beginning July 6, 2021, parents of students who will be attending Warwick Veterans in the fall of 2021 will be able to submit Chromebooks for repairs. Drop-off hours will run from 8:00 am-1:00 pm Monday through Friday at Warwick Veterans Middle School in the main office.
Mrs. Hough, the school secretary has agreed to accept the Chromebooks with the chargers. Parents will fill out the repair request form in the main office. The form will be placed on the broken device which will then be placed in a plastic bin in the office. Repaired Chromebooks will be available for pick one week after drop-off. No loaner Chromebooks are available during the summer.
